This phase begins at an initial contact and ends up with a free, no-obligation quote. We listen to your ideas and opinions as to determine your needs for the software.

Request

You can request a quote by filling out an online form or by calling, faxing or emailing.

Communication

We will contact you within three (3) working days to discuss your quote and information submitted. Both parties will have the opportunity of asking and answering questions.

Free Quote

This phase will be completed by sending you an initial quote for the desired project to be developed.

If you have chosen to proceed from the initial quote this phase will commence with further discussions of your project. We will then produce a detailed specification, final quote and documents defining acceptance criteria and a time line with deliverables.

Communication

We will discuss the project in more details and look at specific requirements and establishing criteria that the final application must meet. It is vital that we take this time to perform a full analysis to ensure that no detail is missed or overlooked at this stage.

Specification

Upon acceptance we will discuss the contract terms and proceed with planning.

Planning Document

We will agree on deliverables over a set timeframe and criteria against which the project will be assessed.

This phase consist of implementation, resulting in a test beta version by the individual, public or the organization.

Implement - Test Cycle

This phase consists of a number of Alpha versions which will be tested by you, the client. We take feedback in order to improve leading up the the beta version.

Alpha Version

This is a term given to the early stages of your project.

Beta Version

This is a term given to feature complete versions of your project that still require testing before a version can be released.

Change Orders

This targets changes and additional features that you the client may need. We are more happy and will agree to do such changes.

his beta version of the software will attract refining and further tests based on your feedbacks and recommendations.

Your final project is now ready and we will have it packaged, based on a distribution method of your choice.

Distribution

Your final project can be delivered in various forms:

• Disk images, cd/dvd
• Interactive disks, where the product runs from the cd, no need to install.
• Installers for Window and Mac
